Polymarket Clearing is a CFTC-regulated Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) providing secure clearing and settlement services for event-based derivatives.

QC Clearing LLC d/b/a Polymarket Clearing is a registered Derivatives Clearing Organization subject to regulatory oversight by the CFTC. Polymarket Clearing clears only fully collateralized positions and does not employ a margin-setting methodology or maintain a financial resource package.
